We are currently looking for Sr. Data Scientist to join a dynamic Research & Development Center in Bulgaria, which is part of one of the fastest-growing startups in the FinTech industry. Our client is revolutionizing the way millions of people compare and buy insurance with the power of artificial intelligence, technology, and superior product design.
About the Role
Sr. Data Scientist работи в тясно сътрудничество с маркетинговия екип, за да помогне при разработване на по-съвършени методи за оферти и таргетиране в платения търсач, ретаргетиране и кампании по електронна поща. Професионалистът ще разработва модели и алгоритми за персонализиране на подреждането на резултатите по ранк в моделите на продукта, за да задвижва персонализацията на продукта и да подобри конверсиите на клиентите.
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience with building and using machine learning models with clear business impact
- Strong skills and experience in Python (numpy, pandas, sklearn, etc) and SQL
- Quick learning ability and a drive suitable for the startup hustle As an early member of a small team, emphasise on interactive approach to delivering data products
- Experience with clarifying a business problem, identify and implement good solution
- Strong quantitative and programming skills with a product-driven sensibility
- Graduate Degree in technical/quantitative disciplines
- Fluent spoken and written use of English language
